Exchange Hosting Service Setup,
Step-By-Step

Here is a summary of the steps to set up your system to access Exchange Hosting Service. 

1. You can either configure a hosts file, or change your DNS suffix search order. See Connectivity for instructions. 
2. Test your success in step 1 by pinging one of our Exchange servers. See Connectivity Test. 
3. Create a new Outlook profile to connect to the Exchange server. See Outlook Profiles. 
4. Start Outlook with the new profile and try out the service. 

Optionally, you can add an Outlook Data File file to your new profile. 

Optionally, you can change your password. Read about password complexity requirements first.  Note the demo account is not allowed to change its password, and new accounts must wait 1 full day before changing.
